The project has five chapters. An introduction is given in each chapter. Chapter one presents the background of the study. In this chapter, significance of the study, description of the research area, objectives of the study, statement of the problem and definition of terms are proviued. Chapter two presents the review of literature. In this chapter, relevant literatures have been reviewed and discussed under various themes. Chapter three presents the research design and methodology. In this chapter, the research design, sampling procedures and sample population, description of research instruments and methods of data collection are discussed. The data was collected from teachers, students and administrators through the use of questionnaires and interview schedules. Chapter four is about data presentation and discussion of findings. In this chapter, the background information of all the respondents is provided and findings discussed under relevant themes. The data collected was then analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively to arrive at specific conclusions in chapter five.
