    Eating Habit in Universities
(Tangaza University College, 2011) Minyonga, Kemunto
This production is about a sensitive topic which touches human interest. We are living in a world whereby everybody is aiming at doing things differently so as to be unique from others. That is why I have decided to tackle the issue of nutrition. Eating is a choice that we all make whether good or bad it entirely depends on the individual. No matter what it takes to make choices on what to eat at what time and place, little we often consider the choices we make whether we are eating proper nutrition, under nutrition or over nutrition. Clemency Mitchell., observes that Lour own choices can lead us to better health and longer life or poor health and early death.
