Tangaza Update(Tangaza celebrates Christian Unity week)

Abstract

Tangaza Update wishes to extend a special word of condolence to IYM, and to the Salesians in the Col­lege. We assure you of the solidarity of the whole College in this moment of great loss. e also join specially with the following dear members of our college community who have each lost very dear ones during the short Christ­mas break. Sr. Elena Rastello FMA, on the demise of her dear mother on Christmas Day, Fr. Patrick Ryan MHM on that of his brother, and Fr. Gerry Geraghty on the passing on of his father. The Good Lord gives then fullness of eternal life and we thank him for their lives in our midst. 0 n January 26 2006, a month after the murder of Fr. Philip Valayam SDB, the College united in a Eucharistic celebration of his life, especially the part of it spent in service in our midst. The IYM animated the Eucharistic celebration which was concelebrated by about 25 priests, led by the College Principal - Fr. Tim Redmond. Fr.
