dc.description.abstractCommunity living is one of the special gifts given to us by God. It is a life that is so beautiful to live in. This is where we relate, socialize, pray, discover, grow, interact and live in harmony with one another. “Community living is both a solace and tension among Consecrated persons.” When communal living is embrace in love, it brings transformation in the life of the religious who live it and in the life of the people they serve. The study examines the factors that could enhance communal living in Consecrated life. The study is based on healthy community living among the Carmelite Missionaries in Nairobi County, Kenya. The first chapter will examine on healthy community living in consecrated life, the understanding and importance of community life and the factors that promotes healthy community living. The second chapter will examine the challenges facing community living. Challenges facing community life if not handle properly will tear the community members apart from each other. This will disrupt healthy community living which we are called to live. The third chapter will deal with solutions on how communal living in consecrated life, will continue to facilitates healthy community living in the life of Carmelite Missionaries in Nairobi County Kenya.In the fourth chapter, the research will give summary, conclusion, and recommendations on how healthy communal life can be promoted.en_US
