Abstract
Since time immemorial, land and its fertility has been a controversial issue in
human history. We may pose a question on the reason of the conflict between Israel
and Palestine or Aboriginals and Australians. No matter what arguments can be
raised, all the conflicts rotate around the land and its fertility, as it is the case of the
Promise Land in the Bible.
