Abstract
the life of the Church today, particularly in the case of Santa Maravillas Parish in the Diocese of Malabo in Equatorial Guinea. This study is divided into three chapters. In the general introduction, we have looked at the background of the study, after which the purpose and aim of the study are presented. The statement of the main problem, which the study tries to respond to, is presented. This is followed by the rationale/ Justification of the study and scope and limitation of the study. The methodology employed in the study is also outlined.
In the first chapter, we have looked at the teachings of the Church concerning the youth’s commitment to the Church. In the second chapter, we have shown factors which hinder the active participation of the young people in the Church’s activities. The third chapter speaks about how to improve and present Church activities which are more viable and attractive to the youth of today’s world. Finally, the conclusion presents a summary of the work and recommendations.
