Abstract
The general organization of this research study is made up of five chapters. The first chapter
is composed of a general introduction to the whole work which includes: the background of
the problem, the statement of the problem, research hypothesis, objectives of the study,
significance, scope, and the limitations of the study.
Chapter Two comprises the literature review while Chapter Three highlights the research
design and methodology. Chapter Four presents the results and analysis of the data collected
and finally Chapter Five gives a summary of the work, conclusions and recommendations.
