dc.description.abstractThe day is Monday 11th of August 2008, as early as 7 am the college starts aspiring into life. First year students during orienta- tion at the main hall. An hour later, it is already a full-blown beehive of activities. During the first day of orientation the 1st years begun their long journey in Tangaza college. It was a moment of emptying the expectations, excitement and affirming the positive and the negative understanding of Tangaza. The day began with introduction to institutes and Departments of the college and the general knowledge of the Campus. It was evident that the organizers took time to put everything in place. On behalf of my fellow first years I would like to thank the facilitators of their well done work positive attitude of the directors and staff who were involved and the old students for waiting patiently for those who arrived late. The availability of various faculty heads who waited for the new students in their departments was very much encouraging. Last but not least the video which was running through out displaying various institutes and activities in the college was a great ideaen_US
