Abstract
The child: a child is recognized as a person under 18 unles
national lawss recognize the age of majority earlier. All
actions concerning the child should take a ful account of his
interests. Thus the child has the inherent right ot life, and the
stated has an obligation to ensure the child's survival and
development.
