Abstract
It is difficult to avoid the media. This is because all over the world, many
people watch television, listen to the radio and read newspapers. The media helps us
to perceive what is beyond our sensory limits and therefore enables us to know a lot
about things that are beyond our reach. For example we get to know about current
affairs in other countries through the media.
The social order is greatly influenced by the media, and it especially looks to
the media to be able to know the latest trends. This chapter seeks to discuss the
sociological analysis of women in the domestic jobs, effects of the media on its
audience, with main focus on women in domestic jobs.
